sky scrapers team fitness 2010
for the first 5 weeks of term 3 we have been doing fitness circuit training. some of the activities included in's and out's/hoop step/tennis ball run/shuttle run/skipping/step ups. Above is my recording sheet. I think my fitness did improve because I got a better score
